Kolcher is family-run commercial landscaping on the Gold Coast. We started because the body corporates, estates and acreage we knew were getting let down by mobs that didn't show up, didn't keep records, and didn't have the equipment to actually do the job. So we built one that does.
The team
Two-person operation that runs the business hands-on, every day.
Harry is the one on the mower. He runs every site, manages the kit, and is the person your body corp manager will hear from when a visit is done. He cares about the cut quality the way a mechanic cares about a clean weld.
Gio handles the business side — quoting, scheduling, the books, and the relationships. He's the one you'll talk to when you first get in touch, and he stays on the contract for its entire life.
The whole operation runs from a custom-built platform we use ourselves every day. Photos, invoicing, SWMS, scheduling — all in one system. That's why nothing falls through the cracks, and it's why every client gets their own portal where they can see what we did and when.
