Commercial Mowing

Zero-turn mowing for body corporates, estates and acreage. We cut at the right height for the season — not the same blanket height a residential mob uses everywhere — so the grass stays healthier between visits and the site keeps a tidy, professional look.

Best for

  • Body corporate common areas and verges
  • Estate streetscapes and entry parks
  • Acreage where ride-on mowers are the right tool
  • Industrial premises and yards

What's included in every visit

  • Mowing all designated turf areas at the agreed height
  • Edges along paths, kerbs and garden beds (handled with brush cutters)
  • Blowing clippings off paths, drives and entryways
  • Visual check for irrigation breaks, damage or unusual growth
  • Before/after photos uploaded the same day to your client portal

Equipment we use

  • Zero-turn ride-on mowers (commercial grade)
  • Push mowers for tight spots
  • Brush cutters and edgers
  • Backpack blower

What's NOT included

  • Slashing of long rough growth (separate service — see Slashing)
  • Chemical weed control (see Spray Buggy / Weed Knapsack)

Common questions

How often should we mow?

Growing season (Sep–Apr): every 7–10 days. Winter (May–Aug): every 12–20 days. We set a frequency at contract sign-up that suits the site.

Do you mow in the rain?

Generally no — cutting wet grass damages the turf and leaves mess. We'll move the visit to the next clear day and tell you what's happening.

Sound like what you need?

Tell us about your site and we'll come and walk it before pricing anything significant.
