Spray Buggy (Selective Herbicide)

A Polaris GENERAL 1000 buggy with a 500L tank and boom sprayer, set up for fast, even application of selective herbicide across large turf areas. Operator-applied, full PPE, and a chemical record kept for every visit — that record is what your auditor or property manager will ask for.

Best for

  • Large turf areas with persistent broadleaf weed problems
  • Sites where backpack spraying would take days
  • Bio-pod or zoned spray programmes
  • Pre-season weed knockdown across acreage

What's included in every visit

  • Operator with current chemical handling training
  • Selective herbicide appropriate for the turf and target weeds
  • Full coverage across the agreed zones
  • Chemical record for the visit (product, batch, rate, area covered, weather)

Equipment we use

  • Polaris GENERAL 1000 ATV with mounted tank and boom
  • 500L total chemical capacity per fill
  • Full PPE — spray suit, mask, gloves, eye protection

What's NOT included

  • Non-selective (glyphosate-style) total weed knockdown — by request only
  • Spraying in unsafe weather conditions (we will reschedule)

Common questions

Is it safe for residents and pets?

Selective herbicides used at the right rate are safe once dry — typically 1–4 hours depending on the product and weather. We post no-go times where needed.

Will it damage my garden beds?

No — we mask, walk perimeters, and never spray over garden beds or trees. The buggy is for open turf only.
